Hello everyone,
Today, we're bringing the 3rd balance update + some news characteres for the Super Server. Some Custom ranks has been reworked with new designers and new 2 borders. Hope you all enjoy it!
New Characters:
A former ninja of the Earth Village and now a junior Akatsuki member, Deidara is able to fuse clay and chakra to create devastating explosives.
Sasori (S) is a senior Akatsuki member and a legendary puppet master. He is even rumored to have defeated an entire nation with puppets alone.
Kurotsuchi (S) is a shinobi of the Hidden Rock Village and the Partner of Akatsuchi. She is also the granddaughter of the third Tsuchikage.
Edo Tensei Toroi (S) is back on the battlefield wreaking havoc as he goes. It will be a difficult situation for whoever may come across him.
Edo Tensei Sasori (S) has been resurrected in the ageless body that he had always wanted during his life. He is sent out to the battlefield in Akatsuki's ambush squad.
Edo Tensei Deidara (S) has been revived and is immediately sent out to battle. Fighting on the front lines is nothing new to this old soul.
Reworked Character:
The leader of Anbu Root, Danzo wishes nothing more than to become the Hokage, and while an extreme man with few morals, Danzo only wishes to protect Konoha. Thanks to Orochimaru, Danzo has gained access to many forbidden sharingan techniques that allow him to dominate any foe before him.
Balance:
- Boosts: Shee (S), Uchiha Obito.
- Nerfs: Hyuuga Neji, Nara Shikamaru, Uchiha Itachi, Akadou Yoroi, Uzumaki Kushina, Akimichi Chouji (S), Hatake Kakashi (S), Haku.
- Tweaks: Hyuuga Hinata, Rehabilitated Gaara, Kakuzu (S), Hyuuga Neji (S), Gaara.
This skill now has 2 Turn Cooldown. Up 1 from 1.
Staff Notes: Neji is an offensive heavy character, who at times can be too defensive. His ban rate in wars is high, with countless teams he can be used in.
This skill is now control, instead of action.
Staff Notes: Shikamaru is a character whose toolkit can win a game within the first couple of turns, without having much of a counter. Being able to stop you from going invulnerable for 2 turns is quite problematic. Making it control will be helpful in removing that effect and allowing more of a chance facing certain teams.
This skill now ends when itachi dies. This skill is now classified as action, instead of instant.
Staff Notes: Itachi is almost always banned in wars. The defensive and offensive power makes it very hard to win unless you can do a decent amount of damage on your first turn. Making all of itachi's skills end when he dies will hopefully make using him a little less senseless when using him.
Now steals 15 health, down 5 from 20.

Staff Notes: Yoroi is a constant ban in wars, and proves to be quite overpowered in any situation. Lowering the damage output should hopefully contain him without any major changes.
This skills no longer drains.
Staff Notes: Kushina is another character who has a very strong kit. Having a move that stuns, drains, and reduces damage is a bit much. Before reworking, this change should hopefully even her out.

Staff Notes: Chouji (s) is another character that can completely solo a game. Hopefully, lowering the damage output keeps the uniqueness kit he has while making him manageable.

Staff Notes: Kakashi (s) is very versatile. Team Tactics make skills broken that wouldn't normally be. Adding a cost will slow him down and give opponents a chance to counter appropriately.
This skill no longer ignores invulnerability, and stuns non mental skills instead of full stun.
This skill makes Haku invulnerable to non mental skills, instead of all skills
This skill now lasts 3 turns, down from 1 from 4.
This skills gives 10 points of damage reduction, down 5 from 15.
